King's Bounty: Crossworlds

King's Bounty: Crossworlds expands the Armored Princess style of overworld exploration and hex-based tactical battles. You roam fantasy maps collecting quests, recruiting armies, upgrading a hero, and trying to win fights through smart unit mixes rather than grinding alone. The tone is colorful and occasionally silly, but the combat can be demanding if you enjoy squeezing value out of every troop stack. It is a good fit for players who want a long, systems-heavy tactical RPG with lots of battles and loot.
