Two Point Hospital has you design and run a chain of hospitals, placing rooms, hiring staff, managing queues, and trying to keep patients from leaving in frustration. Its illnesses are absurd, but the management layer is real: bad layouts, undertrained doctors, and ignored maintenance can snowball quickly. The appeal is in tweaking a messy little machine until it finally runs smoothly, then moving on to a stranger problem.
