Ultros

Ultros is a psychedelic metroidvania set inside a strange cosmic vessel, where exploration, close-quarters combat, and environmental puzzles all feed into one another. You fight alien creatures with a sharp, acrobatic moveset, but the game also asks you to plant, prune, and use vegetation to open paths and reshape the map. Its loop-based structure gives progression an unusual rhythm, making it a good fit for players who like their side-scrolling adventures weird, dense, and a little experimental.
